Ardeer's local interior painters. Post-war homes since 1987.
Ardeer sits minutes from our Braybrook base, so it is home turf rather than a long drive with a callout premium. Post-war family homes are the interiors we know best. We have painted Melbourne interiors for more than three decades: walls, ceilings, doors and apartments, all with a fixed written quote.
Size and how much preparation the walls and ceilings need set the price, so we quote in person, free and in writing. Our Melbourne painting cost guide has typical room and whole-house ranges if you want a number first. See the cost guide →
The post-war brick veneer family homes the suburb is built on. Walls, ceilings, doors and trim get filled, sanded and primed properly before paint goes on, because that is what makes the finish last.
We do, every week. Ardeer sits between Sunshine and Deer Park, minutes from our Braybrook base, so it is home turf rather than a long drive with a callout premium built into the price.
Call or use the form below and we will arrange a time to look at the rooms in person. The quote is free, fixed and in writing, and we are fully insured.
Ceiling painting for Ardeer's post-war homes. Cracks filled, stains sealed, finished in a flat white that hides nothing.
Door painting for Ardeer homes a few minutes from our Braybrook base. Doors and trim sanded and finished in a hard enamel.
Window frame painting for Ardeer's post-war homes. Timber frames sanded back and primed so the new enamel does not flake.
Apartment and unit painting around Ardeer. Occupied units painted one room at a time so you are not moved out.
The post-war brick veneer homes here have plainer cornices than this room, but the finish depends on the same steps. Walls, ceilings, doors and trim are filled, sanded and primed properly before paint goes on, because that is what makes the finish last. The doors and frames get enamel, the same hard-wearing finish you can see on this door.

Thanks to the modernize team, recently painted our house in Footscray. The quote was fair and overall they did really good professional job! Will be using them again!
Modernize did a full interior repaint of our Yarraville weatherboard Lachlan quoted fairly, the team turned up on time, prepped the old flaking trim properly and were spotless cleaning up. Walls look brand new. Wouldn't use anyone else.
Thanks to the Modernize team who recently painted our home and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The communication and attention to detail helped make the process so much easier. Timelines and expectations were met - which is super important during a renovation. Would be happy to employ then again
