Craigieburn interior painters for estate homes due their first proper repaint.
Most Craigieburn homes have only ever worn the paint the builder left them with. Upgrading to a premium interior system is the single biggest jump in how the home looks and how long it stays looking that way. We have painted Melbourne interiors for more than three decades: walls, ceilings, doors and apartments, all with a fixed written quote.
Often, yes. Builder-grade interior paint marks easily and cleans poorly, which is why walls in younger homes look tired fast, especially with kids. A washable low-sheen acrylic resets the interior and takes day-to-day cleaning without burnishing. See the cost guide →
Builders spray a thin, flat, low-cost white because it only has to look clean at handover. Flat paint holds marks and rubs shiny if scrubbed. A washable low-sheen acrylic means scuffs wipe off with a damp cloth instead of becoming permanent.
Yes. Timber window frames, sills, skirtings and architraves are sanded, filled and finished in enamel along with the walls, so the whole room is done in one visit.
Estate homes quote at the friendlier end because the walls are young and sound, so most of the price is paint quality rather than repair time. We quote in person, free and fixed in writing. Our Melbourne cost guide has typical ranges if you want numbers first.
Renovation painting for Craigieburn extensions and refits: new plaster sealed and blended into the old so the join never shows.
Wall painting and colour changes for the estate homes. Builder-grade walls repainted properly, feature walls cut in by hand rather than taped and hoped.
Pre-sale painting for Craigieburn homes before sale. Scuffed builder paint replaced with a washable neutral that photographs well.
Window frame painting for Craigieburn homes. Trim and reveals repainted cleanly, the detail that makes a room look finished.
The estate homes here are due their first proper repaint. They have no ceiling rose like this room, but the same steps apply. Dents and scuffs are repaired, joins are caulked and everything is sanded, then repainted in a washable finish that wipes clean. The doors and frames are finished in enamel, with a clean line at every cornice and skirting.
Modernize Solutions is a family painting business trading since 1987, based in Braybrook and working across the north including Craigieburn. Estate homes here usually need builder-grade paint replaced with something washable that lasts, and extensions painted to match the original rooms. We are fully insured and every job is quoted free and in writing.
Quick to respond, competitive on price, and incredibly helpful with our timeline and job needs. We had a last-minute painting that needed to be done before settling our property, and the work was done perfectly. Went above and beyond to get it sorted.
We got Modernize Solutions to paint our place and they were excellent. Easy to deal with from the first quote right through to the end. Theyd left everything clean and were easy to deal with. The finish looks fantastic. Highly recommend them.
Thanks to the modernize team, recently painted our house in Footscray. The quote was fair and overall they did really good professional job! Will be using them again!
