Pascoe Vale painters for interwar brick and weatherboard homes.
Is this the same crew as your Pascoe Vale South work?
Same business, same crew, both suburbs. We have painted across Pascoe Vale, Pascoe Vale South, Strathmore and Glenroy for years; wherever you are, the quote visit and the standard of work are identical. See the cost guide →
Our house is 1950s. Should we worry about lead paint before repainting?
Treat it as possible on any pre-1970 home. We test suspect layers before sanding, and where lead is present we use wet methods and containment rather than dry-sanding it into the garden. It rarely changes the price much, but it has to be handled properly.
Can you repaint just the timber trim and leave the brick alone?
Yes, and on unpainted interwar brick that is usually the right call. Fresh enamel on windows, fascias, eaves and gutters lifts the whole facade while the brick keeps its character. We give a straight opinion at the quote rather than talking you into painting brick that should stay bare.
How do I get a quote for a Pascoe Vale house?
Ring or send the form and we will come and look at the home in person, free. We work in the surrounding suburbs constantly, so we can usually get to you quickly, and the written quote is itemised and fixed.
